She has blue eyes and light blue hair that she wears in a high ponytail, as it usually gets in the way while she fights, layered bangs frame her face. Although she doesn't look like it, Miyuki is quite fit and flexible which is most probably due to the dancing and swimming lessons she took when younger. She usually wears a sailor school uniform complete with thigh high socks and black leather combat style boots. She doesn't have many outfits as she finds it hard to match clothes. Hard working and prideful she hates to depend on others too much. She has a tendancy to make a mess of everything when she gets too focused on one thing though. She relieves stress by dancing or making a ton of sweets that she hates. Though not antisocial Miyuki doesn't feel comfortable with a lot of people around her, she prefers to keep few close friends. Loyal, caring and playful. She especialy enjoys teasing her weapon Near as he has amusing reactions, tickling him is her favourite source of entertainment. She finds it easier to solve things with fighting as she enjoys the feeling of power, but consious of her partner she tries to be moderate. Has a dark selfish side that she tries to hide and deny. When her dark side gains more control she prefers to stay alone. Her father was a man of great social status and also married to a woman of his class. As she was an illegitimate child he rejected her and payed her mother a great deal of money to not let this get in the surface. Her mother gladly accepted.She never met her father and she doesn't wish to. Miyuki grew up in a quite stressful environment. Her mother being a perfectionist and workaholic always pushed her to her limits and had great expectations from her. She raised Miyuki to be independent and not to trust people, especially men. Much to her disappointment Miyuki didn't quite turn into her clone. As years passed Miyuki was forced to do more and more things. Her mother didn't accept failure and whenever Miyuki failed in doing something the way she wanted to, she would lock her up in the basement. That was also the reason she developed a fear of darkness. A few days after she turned fourteen years old Miyuki suddenly snapped. Disgusted by the "adventurous" life her mother was doing the past few years she got in a huge argument with her. This resulted to Miyuki being kicked out. Having no money and no where else to go she just wandered and went as far as she could. One day when she was stealing from an old couples house she got caught. She tried to escape but the old man was strong and restrained her. One way or another they got her to tell them her story and they took pity on her, so they offered her to stay in the condition that she would work in their farm, which she accepted. Eventually they told her that when younger they used to be both Meisters. Hearing all their amazing stories got her interested and she decided she wanted to become one too. The couple happy that Miyuki opened up to them and shared her new dream enrolled her in DWMA. Miyuki was lucky enough to be partnered with Near and now she works hard towards something she actually wants to do.
